| (a) Solid wedge,guided throughout
its travel. |
| (b) Bolted bonnet with sandwitch
type gasket joint. |
| (c) Bolted , Self
aligning, two piece design gland. |
| (d) Outside screw
and yoke type,rising stem having actuating threads outside the
body thus not coming in contact with the passing fluid. |
| (e) Non-rising handwheel
of sturdy design;stem rising through handwheel. |
| (f) Provision of
'Back-Seat' arrangement to facilitate 'On-Line" replacement
of Gland Packing under pressure when the valve is full open. |
| (g) Oval Shaped Body
for Extra Strenth. |

(h) Sufficient depth of stuffing Box avoid leakage of passing
fluid during operation of the valve.

| (i) Accurately fitted wedge in
the body to give years of trouble free service. |
| (j) Full lift of the weadge gives
straight through flow path allowing least possible pressure drop
across the valve. |
| (k) Ideally suitable for either
fully-open or fully-closed service. |
| (l) Renewable yoke sleeve; can
be replaced without dismantling the bonnet or yoke of the valve. |
| (m) Valves of nominal sizes upto
and including 8" have yoke integral with the bonnets and
seprate yokes are provided for higher sizes. |
